Pousada Convés on Ilha Grande truly surpassed all my expectations! From the moment we arrived by water taxi, the staff's exceptional friendliness and their willingness to accommodate our requests, including arranging travel and spa services, stood out. Our room overlooking the water not only provided a stunning view of the sunrise but was spotlessly clean and equipped with a comfortable patio where we could relax. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the delicious food served every night, prepared by the owner who is a talented chef specializing in seafood. The personalized service extended to surprising my wife with a birthday cake, reflecting their thoughtfulness. The location right on the sea allowed for easy access to snorkeling directly from the pontoon, offering a chance to see marine life like turtles. The peaceful atmosphere, coupled with the option to enjoy meals with breathtaking views, made our stay truly unforgettable. Pousada Convés is not just a hotel; it's a haven for those seeking exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and unforgettable experiences.
